Another method to do the same thing is use hootsuite, which intregrates RSS feeds directly to Ping.fm. Its under settings on the bottom left. If your not using hootsuite you should because it is the best twitter client ever.

There is one more way to post automatically to Delicious: using http://dlvr.it. You can add as many blogs, sites, feeds as you want and direct posts to Ping.fm or Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, Identi.ca. And from Ping.fm to Delicious. The only drawback, as Andy said, is that there are no tags in bookmarks...
